Lakisha Davis Flagg, DrPH, MS, RN-BC, CPH, CCMP, ICF-PCC, is a retired U.S. Army Nurse Corps officer, executive coach, and Veterans’ advocate with over 20 years of clinical and operational healthcare experience. She is a systems-focused leader with expertise in workforce development; program planning, implementation, and evaluation; and stakeholder relationship management.

While in uniform, she served in a wide range of roles including Director of Preventive Medicine at Keller Army Community Hospital – West Point Military Academy; Director of Public Health Services at Brooke Army Medical Center; Executive Officer for the U.S. Army Medical Corps Chief; and the U.S. Army Public Health Command’s representative for the CDC’s Community Preventive Services Task Force, Community Guide.

Since transitioning to the civilian sector, Lakisha has served as the Strategy, Policy, and Communications Lead for the Louisiana Department of Health's Bureau of Family Health and Senior Consultant/Executive Leader Coach in support of the Veterans Health Administration’s Office of Quality & Safety. She currently serves as a freelance Leadership Coach at Medley Living, where she provides group facilitation and coaching services to private industry cohorts and Fortune 500 clients.

She is the board Vice President for Bastion Community of Resilience, New Orleans, and serves as a volunteer site reviewer for the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB). In her spare time, Lakisha loves to travel and discover new music with her daughter, Taylor.
