Deanna brings more than 26 years of organizational transformation experience to customized client engagements.
As a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and Lean Management she specializes in working with Executive Leadership Teams, Mid-Level Leaders and front-line staff creating a culture of transparency, ownership and accountability while leveraging continuous process improvement.
Deanna helps clients identify how value streams through their organization, developing short- and long-term improvement strategies, coaching and mentoring the client through implementation and sustainability, creating safe, reliable, quality systems for both clients and employees, while impacting strategic priorities.
Deanna’s twenty years of experience working with multiple Federal Government Departments and Agencies leads to innovative solutions and change management strategies while understanding the unique constraints.
She has an extensive background in strategy development, strategy deployment, change management and project management. Through extensive hands-on implementation experience, Deanna can develop and deliver customized solutions for clients based in evidence and proven philosophies and methodologies.
Over the last five years, Deanna has served as an Executive Leadership Coach supporting VHA Medical Centers and VHA Central Office of Quality Management.
Deanna is also a Faculty Instructor at Xavier University’s Leadership Center, Guest Faculty Presenter at Valparaiso University College of Nursing and Health Professions, and Guest Faculty Presenter at Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame Doctor of Nursing Practice Program. She has also published papers on Systems Thinking Implementation, Systems Adaptation and Systems Improvement Return on Investment.
Deanna and her husband, have been married for 21 years and are Indianapolis, Indiana natives enjoy spending their time travelling, scuba diving, for Deanna; running marathons, and connecting with people around the world and learning about different cultures.
