With over 31 years of experience across the public and private sectors, Chris is known for turning bold ideas into results. He clarifies complexity, aligns stakeholders, drives cohesion, and translates strategy into action. He’s worked in large firms like Accenture and Ernst & Young, as well as fast-paced small businesses—bringing structure, urgency, and results to every endeavor.
Chris’s calm, intentional approach is grounded in his military service. A retired Army officer with eight deployments—including Iraq, Afghanistan, the Balkans, and Africa—he brings common-sense leadership, systems thinking, and clear communication to high-stakes environments.
Outside of work, Chris is most proud of his 28-year marriage to Christine and their two amazing kids: Nate, a CPA in Chicago, and Gabi, a theater directing student in Boston. Whether in a boardroom or a living room, Chris leads with authenticity, clarity, and deep commitment to what truly matters.
